Laurence A. Marder, a partner since 1990, has built a successful record for his clients over more than two decades. Mr. Marder insists on thorough analysis and trial preparation as the means to secure the best possible recovery for his clients. The effectiveness of his technique was confirmed early in his career with a jury verdict of $7.7 million in a medical malpractice case. Mr. Marder is a frequent lecturer on the topics of medical negligence and premise security liability. He serves on the Board of trustees for the Beth Tfiloh Community School, and is a Board member and Past Chairman of the Suburban Orthodox Congregation.
